You can book a viewing by contacting our office directly via phone or email, or by clicking the 'Inquire' button on any of our property listings. Our team will then coordinate a convenient time for you to visit the property.
Once you've viewed a property and wish to proceed, we will provide you with an application form. This will require details for referencing, including employment, previous landlord contacts, and credit checks.
The deposit is typically equivalent to one month's rent, though this can vary depending on the specific property and landlord requirements. All deposits are held in a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme like SafeDeposits Scotland.
Repairs should be reported through our online maintenance portal, Fixflo. This allows you to provide details and upload photos, ensuring our maintenance team can address the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Pet policies vary by property and landlord. Some properties are pet-friendly, while others are not. If you have a pet, please inform us at the earliest opportunity so we can advise on the suitability of specific properties.
