Director - MARLA

Struan is committed to providing a high standard of professionalism, reliability and frequent communication to all our landlords and tenants. Contactable 7 days a week, Struan is fully qualified and has achieved the Level 6 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management Scotland.

Melissa Coleman

Accounts Manager

Melissa joined Struan in October 2011 and has over 15 years' experience in the rental market. She deals with the day-to-day administrative tasks in the office, including managing all client accounts and processing rental payments.

Carole Donnelly

Property Administrator

Carole joined our team in May 2018. With excellent customer service skills, Carole strives to ensure each client and tenant's requirements are met to a very high standard. She is also an excellent baker and often treats the team to her home baking!
